### *Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven *Lead Generator* based in *Siliguri* to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing potential leads, primarily through field visits and cold outreach. *A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory* for this role, as it involves local travel.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.

* Visit potential customers in assigned areas to understand their requirements and introduce company offerings.

* Maintain and update lead data using the company's CRM system.

* Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal sales team.

* Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation progress and market feedback.

* Build strong customer relationships to convert leads into long-term business.

* Travel within the city and surrounding areas as needed.

### *Requirements:*

* Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or field marketing preferred.

* *Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

* Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Location - Kolkata , Byke is mandatory , ctc upto 30k , plus 250 per day
