Lead Generator

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites and identify potential elevator/escalator requirements.
• Meet with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers to generate leads.
• Collect project details and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead information.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation targets.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Field sales / lead generation experience
• Customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel and visit construction sites
• Basic knowledge of construction/real estate industry preferred
