Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of the North American/US market. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine industry expertise with sales acumen to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the rail and transportation sector across North America.
• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
• Strong knowledge of the North American/US market and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
