What You'll Do
- Utilize data platforms (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo) to build highly targeted lists of decision-makers in specific industries.
- Execute automated and manual email marketing sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests on subject lines and copy, and optimize for higher open/reply rates.
- Engage prospects initially on LinkedIn and transfer warm leads to BDEs/BDMs.
- Maintain strict data hygiene within the CRM.
- Research emerging markets and industries that could benefit from our IT services.
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or inside sales.
- Strong understanding of cold email mechanics, deliverability, and spam triggers.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for writing catchy subject lines.
- High attention to detail when scraping and managing data.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new sales automation tools quickly.
- A resilient attitude and a passion for hitting numbers.
