• The role involves driving qualified leads, inquiries, and conversions for events, services, and print business through targeted digital campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) focused on lead generation Create and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives
• Drive event registrations, client inquiries, and walk-ins Manage social media with a focus on conversion over engagement Support event marketing: pre-event promotions, live coverage, and post-event remarketing
• Collaborate closely with CS/BD teams to ensure lead quality and conversion Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, and ROI

*Requirements*

• 2-4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and conversion optimization
