WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Generate international B2B leads from digital marketing agencies and direct brands across US, Canada, and Australia.
• Identify and research potential clients, key decision-makers, and target accounts using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other relevant channels to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, services, and other defined criteria, and schedule meetings with relevant decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate lead data, track follow-ups and outreach performance, and regularly report on leads generated, qualified leads, and meetings booked.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in generating international leads, preferably for the US, Canada, and Australia markets.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and third-party lead-generation platforms.
• Excellent communication, research, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with targets and consistently generate high-quality, qualified leads.
