Lead Generation Executive

Mode of Work : Work from Office

Shift Timings : 01:00 PM 10:00 PM IST/ 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through a variety of online tools, databases, and social channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate contact and generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with inbound leads to assess needs, qualify interest, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within the company CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics, including outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Saxon.ai’s products, services, and value proposition.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1–5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when engaging with prospective clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
