Lead Generation Executive

What do we expect from this role

• Contacting and Generating Leads through Calls/Mails.
• Play an integral part in generating and converting new leads that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements.
• Ensure correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Good command on English.
• (Written & Verbal)
• 6 months -1 years of experience handling customers mandatory
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
