We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate potential business leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to support the sales and marketing team. This role plays a key part in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Understand client requirements and share relevant information with the sales team
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign-based lead generation
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales process
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing, and online research tools
- Ability to handle bulk outreach (calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns)
- Basic MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone or online
