WE ARE HIRING: Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team!

Role: Lead Generation Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Make 100150 outbound calls daily to students, parents, colleges, and prospective leads.

Follow up with existing leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Generate admission and workshop leads through telecalling.

Explain courses, career opportunities, and workshop offerings to prospective students.

Schedule counselling sessions and walk-ins for the admissions team.

Maintain lead records, update lead status, and prepare daily calling reports.

Reconnect with old database leads and inactive enquiries.

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication, persuasion, and convincing skills.

Comfortable with continuous outbound calling.

Fluency in Hindi and basic English; Marathi is an added advantage.

Good follow-up discipline and a target-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
