About the Role:

We're hiring a Lead GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems. As part of our strategic partnership with Antal International, this is a direct client FTE role offering immediate career growth.

Work Location: Mumbai ( Lower Parel/ Airoli)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead design and deployment of production GenAI & AI/ML solutions • Architect end-to-end AI systems (data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring)
• Drive Generative AI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI agents)
• Apply ML techniques to real-world problems (forecasting, optimization, automation)
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Design and maintain ML pipelines for experimentation and monitoring • Ensure responsible AI principles, scalability, and reliability

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
• 1 to 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, inference optimization
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• SQL and large-scale data processing experience
• Strong understanding of ML system design, model evaluation, performance metrics
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience deploying AI/ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
• Big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks

Location Preference : Willing to relocate to Mumbai only
