Lead Fullstack Engineer

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging.
• Drive automation and tooling improvements that reduce cognitive load, improve developer experience, and maintain system correctness.

Strong expertise in:

• React.js and frontend architecture.
• Node.js backend systems and API design.
• AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).

Deep understanding of:

• System design and scalability.
• Data modelling and performance.
• Security and privacy considerations.

Hands-on experience with:

• CI/CD pipelines.
• Production monitoring and incident response.
