Lead Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java Full Stack with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The candidate must have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and front-end technologies, along with proven experience in Technical Leadership.

Technical Lead experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java Full Stack applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Design and develop robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Review code, define coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality development standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and estimation.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• Technical Lead experience – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17+
• Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture
• RESTful APIs
• Hibernate / JPA
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with any modern front-end framework such as Angular or React
• Git
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Good understanding of cloud technologies – AWS/Azure/GCP
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and system design

Good to Have

• Docker / Kubernetes
• Kafka or other messaging technologies
• Redis
• NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Experience with AWS/Azure
• TDD / automated testing
• Experience working with enterprise applications
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications is an added advantage

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
• Work From Office in Mumbai is mandatory
