Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, AI/GenAI, PostgreSQL, AWS, and scalable system architecture.

The candidate will take end-to-end technical ownership of application architecture, development, AI integration, cloud deployment, and technical delivery while contributing directly to production code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, production-grade backend systems using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Own system architecture, API design, database design, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop real-time applications using WebSockets / Socket.IO.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, and geospatial data systems.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI Agents, and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Develop AI/backend services using Python.
• Build web applications using React.js / Next.js and have working knowledge of Flutter/Dart.
• Design and implement AWS infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and production environments.
• Develop secure systems including authentication, authorization, RBAC, API security, and data protection.
• Design systems capable of handling high traffic, large data volumes, and real-time workloads.
• Lead and mentor developers while remaining strongly hands-on with architecture and coding.
• Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complete features.
• Design and develop GPS and real-time location-based systems, including live location tracking, geospatial processing, distance calculation, geofencing, and location-based services.
