This is a fully remote opportunity for one of our esteemed clients. About the role: The Lead Full-Stack Engineer will guide the design, development, and delivery of high-quality applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and architecture teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, performant, and user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and architecture.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define technical direction, system design, and integration patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust front-end and back-end features using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Design and build REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and dynamic user interfaces with attention to performance and usability.
- Influence architectural decisions related to scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead the technical breakdown of features, sprint planning, and estimation.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product roadmap initiatives.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical
- stakeholders.
- Support debugging, root-cause analysis, and production incident resolution.
Must have skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3+ years in a Senior Tech
- Lead role.
- Front-end expertise with Angular.
- Back-end expertise with .NET and C#.
- Experience with APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with SonarQube.
- Experience with Monolith project Migrations.
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
- Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and secure coding practices.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, NUnit, etc.).
- Exposure to event-driven architecture (EDA) or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience building scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries.
Conditions:
- Remote role (IST timezone).
- Contractor/freelancer role, 4-month contract.
