About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate for our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the business. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What makes the role meaty?

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of the companys financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the team in conducting variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and discrepancies.
• Help develop financial models to analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• Collect and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements.
• Assist in the creation of management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis.
• Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.

We hope that you are a

• Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
