Lead FP&A

What this person owns

• understand how finance wants to run management reporting;
• drive agreement on definitions and hierarchies;
• translate accounting/FP&A requirements into data requirements;
• define reconciliations and financial controls;
• rationalize recurring management reports;
• work with ERP team on source definitions;
• work with architect/engineers on Snowflake representation;
• validate that the analytical data reconciles to finance systems.

Experience

• FP&A / finance analytics / finance transformation;
• management reporting;
• ERP data;
• understanding of P&L, bookings/revenue/expense reporting;
• data modeling literacy;
• strong stakeholder-management skills.
