Job Description

As the Forward Deployed Engineering Lead, you will serve as the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise customers, driving their AI transformation journey from implementation through long-term expansion. You will architect and deploy customer-specific AI solutions, integrate with enterprise technology ecosystems, lead customer-facing technical engagements, and manage a team of engineers delivering business-critical workflows.Key responsibilities include:

• Owning customer technical roadmaps and delivery outcomes.
• Designing and deploying AI-powered applications and agent-based workflows.
• Leading integrations across ERP, CRM, identity, and data platforms.
• Driving model evaluation, optimisation, and customer-specific fine-tuning initiatives.
• Managing technical stakeholder relationships and executive communications.
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers within customer accounts.
• Partnering closely with Customer Success teams to deliver value and expand engagements.
• Identifying repeatable solutions and contributing to platform evolution.
• Building outcome measurement frameworks and customer-facing dashboards.
• Remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, and implementation activities
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• 8-12 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or applied machine learning experience.
• Strong experience in customer-facing technical roles with ownership of business outcomes.
• Proven expertise building production-grade AI, LLM, or agentic systems.
• Full-stack engineering capabilities across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Domain exposure within industries such as healthcare, financial services, logistics, retail, or supply chain.
• A highly outcome-oriented mindset with a passion for applying AI to solve real business challenges
