We provide end-to-end solutions from formulation and R&D to manufacturing, regulatory compliance, packaging and go-to-market support.

In July 2026, Naturis raised 100 crore in its first institutional funding round, led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust, Anicut Capital and Niveshaay, among other investors. The company has grown revenue at 50%+ CAGR over the past four years while remaining profitable, operating a 200,000 sq. ft. facility with capacity for 84 million units and a team of 120+, serving 50+ D2C and BPC brands including Pilgrim, Nykaa and Purplle.

- Rahul Tandon - Cofounder & CEO. IIT Delhi alumnus and former Schlumberger executive; leads Naturis's vision to build India's leading ODM platform in the BPC space.

- Sanjay Mehra, Nukul Mehra & Dhruv Mehra - Cofounders of the family-owned business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Finance Lead will own the finance function and partner directly with the founders to drive financial planning, business performance, commercial decision-making, governance and scalable finance processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A).

- Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.

- Partner with founders on strategic planning and business decisions.

- Drive pricing, profitability and commercial finance analysis.

- Manage manufacturing finance, costing and inventory controls.

- Oversee accounting, audits, statutory compliance and taxation.

- Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.

- Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence.

- Implement ERP, automation and finance process improvements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- CA preferred; MBA (Finance) is an advantage.

- 8 - 12 years of finance experience.

- Background in Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.

- Strong expertise in FP&A, Business Finance, Costing, MIS, Compliance and Commercial Finance.

- Experience working with founders or high-growth businesses.
