Key Skills Required:

• Strong Incident & Defect Management experience
• L2 Functional Support background
• Hands-on JDE experience
• Strong Finance Systems & Processes knowledge
• Root Cause Analysis & Impact Assessment
• Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
• Knowledge of A2R, P2P & O2C
• Understanding of SOX, Controls & Audit
• Defect lifecycle and Release Validation
• Experience with global/matrixed environments

Role Highlights:

• Provide L2 functional support for JDE Finance systems
• Own incident and defect resolution through the full lifecycle
• Perform RCA, impact assessment and issue prioritization
• Coordinate with AMS, Finance, IT, Data and Controls teams
• Support close-critical issues, releases, UAT and system stabilization
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
