Lead Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure timely closure of books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).
• Lead Finance & Accounts, financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements.
• Manage audit coordination, finalization of accounts and internal controls.
• Handle budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, MIS and financial planning.
• Oversee project-wise costing, profitability, collections and vendor payments.
• Ensure RERA compliance and proper accounting of project costs and capitalization.
• Drive SOPs, process improvements and team management.

Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in Real Estate Finance & Accounts, taxation, audit, compliance and project accounting. Working knowledge of SAP/Tally preferred.
