Job Description:

Lead - Accounts Payable

Reports to - Senior Manager

Mode- Hybrid

Shift Timings- 3:30 pm - 12 am

Experience- 3- 6 yrs

Role- Individual Contributor

This role provides support for our business partners by answering inquiries in a timely manner as well as the timely and accurate processing of incoming AP invoices. This incumbent will liaise with the various business units to educate them on the requirements and processes of Accounts Payable for better solutions & resolution should any issues arise.

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for providing a high level of service; the key accountabilities require strong commitment to quality and service that is highly valued by our clients.

What will you do

• Process incoming invoices using Ariba systems in a timely fashion
• Support both internal and external audit requests
• Assist with the AP month-end close duties
• Respond quickly to client inquiries or concerns
• Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements

• Knowledge of accounting concepts
