Lead FAC Reinsurance[AVP/VP]

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of commercial underwriters to develop and implement effective underwriting strategies for general insurance products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, assess risk, and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and clients to ensure successful product placement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform underwriting decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in commercial underwriting or related field (e.g., reinsurance).
• Strong understanding of general insurance industry practices and regulations.
• Proven track record in developing successful commercial lines products or services.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
