Lead Execution - Civil

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil execution for MW utility-scale solar power projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Manage civil works for solar module foundations, inverter/transformer foundations, substation, switchyard, and associated structures.
• Strong experience in transmission line civil works, including tower foundation construction and execution.
• Supervise excavation, PCC/RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, grouting, equipment foundations, and structural works.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, EPC teams, subcontractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth project execution.
• Review civil drawings, BOQ, specifications, method statements, and ITPs and ensure compliance with approved requirements.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, productivity, quality, and contractor performance against project schedules.
• Lead inspections, quantity verification, billing certification, punch-point closure, and final handover of civil works.
