About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of AIML-based products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AIML solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on AIML architecture, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory requirements for data privacy.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in product development using AIML or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex systems integration.
