Responsible for the operation and maintenance ofall mechanical, electrical, building structures and various equipments
Supervise the Maintenance Department personneland is responsible for their training, proficiency, work assignments
Make routine inspections of the complex workinsuring the work is being accomplished in a professional manner and thecleanliness of all equipment spaces is being maintained
Develop and coordinate an effective preventativemaintenance program

- Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all departments
- Coordinates and inspects major contract works on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.
- Assign and inspect the work of other maintenance employees
Building and equipment maintenance
Engineering and design, and constructionactivities, equipment operations and grounds maintenance.
Leads, directs and manages all maintenanceactivities to include staffing, equipment, processes, and operating proceduresin a reliable manner to minimize system failures and provide a safe, effectiveenvironment of care.
Thorough understanding of NABH, JointCommission, Hazmat, OSHA, and linen standards.
Make critical decisions in emergency situationsrelated to severe weather and utility issues that affect the facility.
