Lead Engineering - Java, Sprinbboot, Angular/Next.js, Flutter

Lead Engineering – Mumbai (BKC) We are looking for a hands-on Lead Engineering professional with 7–8 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a technical leadership role, to lead delivery across web, mobile, corporate applications, and APIs. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and application architecture. Working knowledge of Angular/Next.js, Flutter, C#, MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL. Experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Azure Boards, performance tuning, and DevOps environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in enterprise environments; BFSI experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and provide technical guidance to frontend, backend, mobile, and API development teams. Drive application architecture, code reviews, integrations, scalability, quality, and security best practices. Mentor engineers, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate with product, QA, security, and infrastructure teams. Ensure Agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, production support, and regulatory compliance. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
