Senior Applied AI / GenAI Specialist Theme: Scalable Systems & Technical Leadership

• Design and deliver

scalable AI and GenAI systems combining ML models, LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, and data pipelines

• Lead solution design for

complex, ambiguous problems where requirements and success criteria evolve

• Make

architectural trade-offs across model selection, retrieval strategies, cost, latency, and scalability

• Drive solutions from

proof-of-concept to production-grade systems used across multiple teams

• Act as a

technical anchor for high-impact AI initiatives, guiding implementation without formal people management

• Ensure robustness, observability, and optimization of AI systems in real-world environments
• Location: Bangalore (preferred) YOE: 5–8 years
