Role MBIST Lead

Location: Bangalore.

Role Summary The MBIST Lead will be responsible for driving Memory BIST architecture, integration, implementation, and execution activities for SoC/IP programs as part of the dedicated ODC team. The role requires strong technical ownership, execution maturity, and close coordination with DFT and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own MBIST-related execution activities across SoC/IP programs
• Drive MBIST architecture understanding and implementation
• Perform MBIST insertion and integration into RTL/netlist flows
• Support memory repair logic and memory test methodologies
• Collaborate with ATPG, DFX Integration, DV, and Timing teams
• Debug MBIST-related issues during integration and verification phases
• Support coverage closure and milestone deliverables
• Participate in technical reviews, execution tracking, and issue resolution
• Ensure execution aligns with Client quality metrics and timelines
• Coordinate with Client teams for flow stabilization and execution closure

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in:
• MBIST architecture
• MBIST insertion
• Memory repair flows
• DFT concepts
• Scan/ATPG fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with:
• Tessent MBIST
• DFT integration flows
• RTL-to-GDS DFT methodologies
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with:
• Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Perl/Python/Shell scripting
• Understanding of:
• Timing constraints
• Memory testing methodologies
• SoC-level DFT flows
