Role Description We are seeking a Lead Engineer to drive technical execution and lead engineers building secure, scalable FinTech platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and proven ability to leverage AI‑powered tools to improve engineering outcomes. Exposure to LLMs is considered a strong advantage.
Qualifications Only Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related field Eligibility : 60+ % In 10th, 12th, BTech/MTech/MCA Mandate 6-10 years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on expertise in: Node.js & Express.js Angular, AI LLM, RAG. Teal lead exp is required
Excellent understanding of: Data Structures & Algorithms System Design and Architecture Demonstrated experience using AI tools in real engineering workflows Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem‑solving skills Experience with Git, peer reviews, and agile development practices Ability to technically influence without formal people‑management authority. Note - Do not apply if you have 3 month of Notice period
