Lead Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

 1. Communicating with customer, internal technical engineers to ensure that services are delivered effectively. 

 2. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. 

 3. Monitoring the supplied equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures includes spare parts. 

 4. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. 

 5. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. 

 6. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. 

 7. Effective closing meetings with customer with proper MoM documents and customer satisfaction feedback. 

 8. The ability to remain professional under pressure. 

 9. Computer knowledge with MS Office working skill. 

 10. Ability to install the machinery equipment and to provide proper training on the machine/ equipment. 

 Job Requirements :

1. Service knowledge of Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical Electrical items/ Equipment. 

 2. Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns. 

 3. Proven record of being reliable and accountable for closing service related topics 

 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment 

 5. Ability to work independently and self-motivated. 

 6. Anyalytical with problem solving skills. 

 7. Scheduling the task and prioritizing the service calls. 

 8. Clear communication with team members and customers
