We are hiring an experienced Lead Engineer for one of our premium clients to lead the technical delivery of an engineering pod and drive scalable application development.

Position: Lead Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 - Days/WEEK from Office
Experience: 8 To 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of the engineering pod and provide technical direction across development activities.
  • Design and develop scalable applications using React.js, Python & PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Drive application design, development, integration, testing & deployment.
  • Conduct code and design reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Identify technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure solution quality across performance, security, scalability and maintainability.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to Sprint Planning, Estimation & Agile ceremonies.
  • Apply strong application architecture, problem-solving and debugging skills.
