About this role
- Lead the technical delivery of the engineering pod and provide technical direction across development activities.
- Design and develop scalable applications using React.js, Python and PostgreSQL, including REST API development and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Drive application design, development, integration, testing and deployment activities.
- Conduct code and design reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Identify technical risks, resolve complex issues and ensure the quality, performance, security and maintainability of solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to sprint planning, estimation and other Agile ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Role & responsibilities
