- Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise with a hands-on understanding of telecom operational processes and transformation programmes
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales and solution consulting, particularly in Telecom OSS/BSS and ERP environments
- Strong RFP/RFI and bid management experience, including independently driving large and complex enterprise proposals and competitive bids
- Ability to design end-to-end solutions by analysing customer requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into practical technical solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including APIs, integration patterns, cloud platforms, security and compliance considerations
- Hands-on knowledge of OSS/BSS and ERP platforms, preferably with exposure to Oracle, Odoo or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct product and solution demonstrations and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience presenting solutions to senior and executive management, and supporting commercial positioning, solution justification, and internal and external approvals
- Strong ownership and independent execution mindset, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities remotely, collaborate with global teams, and personally drive opportunities rather than act as a coordinator
