Tata Power runs four electricity distribution companies (Discoms) in Odisha through a public-private partnership with the state government. Formed as 51:49 joint ventures between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, these utilities supply reliable power to nearly 10 million consumers across the state.

The Four Odisha Discoms

• TPCODL (TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited)
• TPNODL (TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited)
• TPSODL (TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited)
• TPWODL (TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited)

This Position will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Roles & responsibilities:

• SAP-HCM configuration: PA, OM, Time
• Payroll management and evaluation of new tools/technologies
• PMS configuration and support
• Monitoring IT-driven business changes in ICAM
• PMS change management in virtual environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• [Knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC, PM-GM) is an added advantage]

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronic & Communication or MCA
• Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience
• SAP HCM Certification is mandatory
