    • Schedule and coordinate witness, hold, and review points efficiently to ensure external inspectors are present without causing production bottlenecks or unnecessary downtime.

    NCR Management & RCA Participation

    • Identify process or product deviations, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and halt non-compliant processes immediately.
    • Manage the shop-floor NCR log, track the physical execution of approved rework/repair instructions, and ensure dimensional/welding corrections are verified.
    • Actively participate in cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings with Production, Engineering, and Head QC to investigate recurring defects and implement preventive measures.

    Inspection Load Tracking & Transaction

    • Monitor, track, and manage the daily inspection load and inspection call transactions requested by the production department.
    • Dynamically allocate QC Engineers and inspectors to various workstations or modules to balance workloads, eliminate inspection delays, and meet tight dispatch schedules.

    On-Time Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Ensure all stage-wise inspection reports, dimension check sheets, NDE clearance reports, painting inspection reports and visual weld reports are accurately generated and signed concurrently with the physical inspection.
    • Maintain strict discipline regarding on-time documentation to ensure there are no delays during the final Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) compilation and product dispatch.

    Qualifications

Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy preferred).

    Experience
