Lead Engineer - Python+ React + Kiro

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of legacy .NET applications to cloud-native architectures.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Python, React, and AWS.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate software delivery through spec-driven development.
• Develop and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, security reviews, and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and platform teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and technical design.
