Job Title: Lead Engineer (Instrument / Mechanical)

Salary : 27,000 30,000 per month

Lead Engineer (Instrument / Mechanical) Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Instrument & Mechanical engineering activities for projects.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with design, construction, procurement, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure engineering work complies with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and review technical calculations, material specifications, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Review vendor documents, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Support installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE and quality requirements throughout engineering and site activities.
• Lead technical meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Track engineering deliverables and ensure timely completion within project schedule.
