Lead Engineer - Fullstack (Frontend Heavy)

We are seeking a Full Stack Builder to own the CRM Tasks product end-to-end. This role emphasises complete product ownership - designing, building, shipping, and scaling features independently. You will operate with high autonomy, turning ideas into production-ready systems without relying on traditional cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle: translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Design and implement frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, validate with users, and iterate to production quality.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
• Monitor applications, maintain documentation, and improve engineering processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience shipping full-stack production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Experience with APIs, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building CRM or task/workflow management products.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring tools.
• Strong frontend and UX sensibility.
• Portfolio or GitHub with deployed projects.
• Tech Stack: VueJS/NodeJS/GoLang.
