Lead Engineer - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Lead with 6–9 years of experience to lead enterprise-level implementations, solution design, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and Azure DevOps, along with proven experience in leading development teams and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution design and technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead development teams and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP systems, middleware, and external applications.
• Define and govern development standards, coding practices, and technical best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as the technical escalation point.
• Ensure appropriate implementation of security, governance, performance, and scalability across solutions.

Requirements 

• 6–9 years of overall experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Lead / Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, workflows, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, and API design.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, including roles, teams, and Business Units.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
