- Expert-level SQL and Oracle, plus strong hands-on Python, APIs, Git and CI/CD engineering capability
- Strong understanding of enterprise data migration, transformation, reconciliation, billing, and fallout and RCA processes
- Demonstrable experience using GitHub Copilot and AI coding agents to accelerate enterprise software delivery
- Strong knowledge in using Google Vertex AI and Gemini models
- Ability to design agentic AI workflows combining LLM reasoning, deterministic automation and human-in-the-loop controls
- Strong understanding of MCP servers, tool and function calling, context engineering, semantic grounding and structured outputs
- Ability to design secure agent access to Oracle databases, GitHub, Jira/Atlassian and other enterprise tools
- Define engineering guardrails for AI-generated code, automated RCA, remediation, testing and validation
- Lead engineers through implementation while remaining hands-on with architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting and critical development
- Oracle BRM, Telecom BSS, billing and large-scale migration experience is highly desirable
