About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for institutional sales, corporate gifting, HoReCa, and emerging channels.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across corporates, hotels, cafés, airlines, educational institutions, hospitals, and other B2B segments.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with procurement teams, corporate clients, institutional buyers, and channel partners.
- Develop channel-specific product offerings, pricing strategies, packaging formats, and minimum order quantities.
- Drive corporate gifting initiatives for festive seasons, employee onboarding, conferences, and corporate events.
- Own revenue targets, margins, profitability, and overall channel performance.
- Develop long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor channel performance, sales pipeline, collections, and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve channel productivity, and build sustainable revenue streams.
