Lead Electrical Engineer - Solar

Role & responsibilities

Design & Development: Create and refine designs for renewable energy systems (e.g., solar, wind, hybrid) focusing on electrical system.

• Optimization & Efficiency: Improve existing system designs to enhance performance and efficiency, ensuring projects meet high standards.
• Cost-Effectiveness: Develop energy systems and infrastructure that are economically viable and cost-effective.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and energy yield assessments for solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects.
• Prepare and evaluate technical specifications, tender documents, and bid packages for EPC contractors, OEMs, and service providers.
• Provide technical support during tendering processes including pre-bid clarifications, bid evaluation, and techno-commercial comparisons.
• Support contract preparation including drafting of technical schedules, performance guarantees, warranty clauses, and scope of work definitions.
• Participate in project execution, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
