Lead Editor - ELT English | Location: Hyderabad, TG - WFO

We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Ops to manage a team of 6 - 10 ELT - Copy Editors based in Hyderabad, Telangana office.

Role Details:

• Position: Team Lead Operations
• Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
• Payroll: Tech Mahindra
• Client: 500 Old (UK Based Publishing House) - 12 years old project in TechM.
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Team Management: Minimum 2 years exp in managing other junior Editors in the team is mandatory.

Work Details:

• Shift Timings: 9AM – 6:30 PM OR 12PM till 9:30PM (Will be decided by the UK managers based on business requirement) - (2-way transportation provided)
• Workdays: Monday to Friday
  (Fixed weekly offs on Saturday & Sunday – 5-day working)

Qualifications:

(Any one of the below is mandatory)

• BA (Hons) / M.Phil / MA / PhD in:
• English
• English Language & Literature

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELT – Copy Editing & Proofreading
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling / people management
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
