Job Overview We are seeking an experienced

Lead Django Backend Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in backend development, cloud technologies, and data processing. This role requires technical leadership, mentorship of junior developers, and ownership of high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of backend applications using

Django .

• Design, build, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance

REST APIs .

• Integrate and manage applications on

Microsoft Azure Cloud .

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
• Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance standards.
• Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.

• Minimum

10 years of backend development experience .

• Minimum

10 years of hands-on experience with Django Framework .

• Proven experience working with

Azure Cloud Services .

• Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
• Deep understanding of

RESTful APIs and web services.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments .

• Strong database management experience with both

SQL and NoSQL databases .
