Lead - Digital Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead with 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in driving user acquisition, conversion, and digital growth across web and app platforms. This role demands strategic thinking and tactical execution, along with the ability to manage multi-crore monthly budgets and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership & Performance:

- Own and drive full-funnel digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Understand customer behavior, market trends, competitor offerings, and segment-specific nuances to shape campaigns.

- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes using data-backed decision-making.

- Monitor ongoing campaign performance, identify bottlenecks and double down on high-impact initiatives.

Performance Marketing & Optimization:

- Take new growth initiatives and work consistently to reduce CAC while ensuring quality traffic.

- Experience managing and optimizing 3 - 5 Cr+ monthly digital budgets across platforms.

- Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, influencer, and affiliate channels.

- Continuously test creatives, audience sets, landing pages, and user flows for higher ROI.

Channel Ownership:

- Own acquisition via Search, Display, YouTube, Social, Influencer, and Affiliate channels.

- Know how to identify, reach out to, and onboard strategic partners like Hotstar, Paytm, Airtel, My Gate and others to increase overall sales via CPS/CPI-based models.

- Ensure all channels contribute meaningfully to business goals with constant iteration and testing.

SEO & Organic Growth:

- Collaborate with internal SEO teams to drive organic traffic and align paid and organic search strategies.

- Ensure strong technical and content SEO fundamentals are in place across digital assets.

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing:

- Lead initiatives across affiliate networks (CPL, CPI) and influencer marketing to improve brand reach and user acquisition.

- Experiment with new models, influencers, and agencies to boost quality conversions.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers.

- Coordinate with internal product, tech, and design teams for smooth campaign execution and testing pipelines.

- Strong project management mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and high growth expectations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong grip on paid marketing metrics - CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, etc.

- Expertise in digital channels - paid search, paid social, SEO, influencer, affiliate.

- Data-driven decision-maker with clear problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to lead with ownership and influence across teams.
