Lead-Digital Liability Business

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Increase the business through ideate, prioritize and implement ROI focused innovative concepts and strategic projects with key focus on customer acquisition, cost savings, revenue generation, improved customer experience, building operational efficiencies, internal processes (intra as well as inter-departmental), employee engagement & collaboration etc.
• To establish channels to tap into new innovations and possible future inorganic growth of the bank through alliances & partnerships with Fin-techs, Startups, Accelerators etc. and create a culture of innovation in the organization

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in liabilities management (CASA).
• Strong understanding of digital sales channels and ability to leverage them effectively.
• Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of the BFSI sector.
