    Version: 2.1
Prepared by: CEO Office, Miracle Traffic AI

    1. About Miracle Traffic AI

Miracle Traffic AI (MTSAi) is an international transportation technology company developing an innovative approach to one of the world's most pressing urban challenges: traffic congestion.

We have an established team of 18 professionals in our Bengaluru office, supported by international engineering, management, research, and business-development operations.

Our flagship technology, Reward-Based Congestion Pricing (RBCP), combines congestion tolling with financial rewards that encourage commuters to make transportation choices that reduce congestion.

Our business model is designed to generate substantial new revenue opportunities for participating cities while returning an approved portion of toll revenues to citizens who:

    • Carpool or participate in verified shared-ride arrangements.
    • Travel during less-congested periods.
    • Use public transportation.
    • Choose less-congested routes.
    • Adopt other verified congestion-reducing behaviours.

Cities retain responsibility for tolling policies, revenue collection, and allocation decisions. MTSAi provides technology supporting pricing, eligibility verification, secure integration, incentive calculation, transaction reconciliation, and auditable reporting.

Our objective is to create a financially sustainable transportation system that benefits governments, commuters, and the wider community.

    International Expansion

MTSAi is currently negotiating pilot opportunities in four major international cities:

    • Bengaluru, India
    • Budapest, Hungary
    • Milan, Italy
    • Toronto, Canada

These negotiations are ongoing; pilot contracts have not yet been finalized.

The proposed pilots offer the opportunity to develop infrastructure that can eventually operate across different countries, transportation networks, government systems, and regulatory environments.

We are building a platform intended for international deployment, not simply a single-city application.

    2. The Opportunity

We are urgently recruiting an experienced, hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to assume responsibility for our AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, infrastructure security, monitoring, operational reliability, backups, and disaster recovery.

This is a senior technical position with substantial operational responsibility and direct access to executive management.

The successful candidate will help establish the cloud engineering and reliability standards required to support MTSAi's transition from development and demonstrations to authorized real-world pilot operations.

We are seeking someone who can independently assess existing systems, identify weaknesses, recommend improvements, and execute approved solutions.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position, not a purely supervisory or administrative role.

    3. Reporting Structure and Leadership

The Lead DevOps Engineer will initially report directly to Mrton Ugrsdy, President and Chief Operating Officer of Miracle Traffic AI.

This reporting relationship reflects the importance of secure, reliable cloud infrastructure to MTSAi's commercial operations, international pilot readiness, and technology development.

    The Lead DevOps Engineer will:

    • Have substantial responsibility for cloud infrastructure operations, CI/CD reliability, infrastructure security, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
    • Work directly with the President & COO on infrastructure priorities, operational risks, resource requirements, and approved budgets.
    • Have direct access to the President & COO for urgent security incidents, material infrastructure failures, critical operational risks, and resource decisions.
    • Work closely with Avinash, Interim Technical Lead, to coordinate engineering releases, platform integration, development environments, and technical dependencies.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams in India and Hungary.
    • Maintain clear documentation, operational reporting, and escalation procedures.

    Future CTO Appointment

MTSAi is currently recruiting a Chief Technology Officer.

Following the CTO's appointment, the Lead DevOps Engineer is expected to report to the CTO for technical and engineering matters while maintaining appropriate visibility with the President & COO regarding significant infrastructure risks, resource requirements, and operational readiness.

The Lead DevOps Engineer will not be expected to perform the full responsibilities of the CTO or independently manage all software engineering functions.

The position provides an opportunity to work with the incoming CTO in establishing scalable engineering and cloud infrastructure practices.

    4. Principal Responsibilities

    A. AWS Cloud Infrastructure

    • Assess and document our existing AWS architecture, environments, configurations, and dependencies.
    • Maintain and improve secure, reliable AWS infrastructure.
    • Implement appropriate separation of development, testing, staging, and production environments.
    • Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or approved equivalent tools.
    • Support application hosting, databases, storage, networking, load balancing, and related infrastructure.
    • Optimize availability, performance, scalability, and operating costs.
    • Develop reusable deployment architecture for future city pilots, taking account of applicable regional requirements.
    • Maintain accurate infrastructure inventories and architecture documentation.

    B. CI/CD and Deployment Automation

    • Implement and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
    • Automate building, testing, security checks, deployments, and rollback procedures.

This work includes providing secure API infrastructure, authentication, encrypted communications, monitoring, messaging services, and dependable processing environments.

Application developers will remain responsible for partner-specific integration code and business logic.

All integration work involving external platforms will be subject to required agreements, technical permissions, data-access authorization, and security requirements.

    D. Cloud Security and Access Control

    • Implement secure AWS IAM policies, least-privilege access, and multifactor authentication.
    • Review and improve GitHub access permissions, deployment credentials, and secrets management.
    • Maintain secure handling of application credentials and service accounts.
    • Ensure AWS root access and recovery remain controlled by authorized corporate custodians.
    • Implement infrastructure security logging, alerts, vulnerability scanning, and approved remediation.
    • Support security reviews and assessments by approved external specialists.
    • Establish controls appropriate to the sensitivity of government and financial integrations.
    • Support compliance with applicable Indian DPDP, European GDPR, and Canadian privacy requirements.
    • Help enforce privacy-conscious technical designs, including data minimization and authorized data access.

    E. Site Reliability, Monitoring and Disaster Recovery

    • Establish effective infrastructure and application monitoring.
    • Implement actionable alerting for system failures, degraded performance, and security incidents.
    • Configure and verify critical infrastructure and database backups.

    • Implement disaster-recovery and incident-response runbooks.
    • Investigate infrastructure incidents and document root causes.
    • Improve service reliability using agreed performance and operational metrics.
    • Reduce dependence on individual employees for critical infrastructure knowledge.
    • Help establish practical incident-support arrangements appropriate to pilot and production commitments.

    F. International Pilot Infrastructure

Work with MTSAi's technical and management teams to prepare cloud infrastructure supporting the company's proposed pilot opportunities in Bengaluru, Budapest, Milan, and Toronto.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Planning for applicable data residency and privacy requirements.
    • Establishing secure integration testing environments.
    • Supporting toll event processing and rewards infrastructure.
    • Implementing transaction monitoring and traceability.
    • Evaluating scalability, resilience, latency, and cloud costs.
    • Supporting reliable demonstration and pilot operations.

The role will contribute to pilot readiness as projects progress through negotiations, approvals, and implementation.
