LEAD DEVELOPER - MERN STACK
Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications using the MERN stack.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, high-quality React.js interfaces.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and scalable backend solutions.
- Manage technical decisions, code quality, architecture, and development best practices.
- Handle project planning, task allocation, estimation, and timely delivery of development tasks.
- Lead, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient collaboration.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, provide project updates, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications and resolve complex technical issues.
- Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development, review AI-generated code, and ensure its quality, security, and reliability.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure adherence to coding standards and deadlines.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), debugging, and code optimization.
- Experience with software architecture, technical decision-making, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a development team.
- Experience with project planning, task allocation, estimation, deadline management, and delivery.
- Strong client communication skills, including requirement gathering, technical discussions, and project updates.
- Ability to independently manage technical challenges and take ownership of project outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
