Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines. In this leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our cloud operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems. If you are passionate about DevSecOps, container orchestration, and building resilient CI/CD pipelines, we want you to lead our team. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain robust, multi-stage CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions to automate builds, testing, and seamless deployments. Security Integration (DevSecOps): Champion proactive security measures by implementing automated security scanning (SAST/DAST). Manage application secrets securely via Azure Key Vault and enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across all environments. Container Management: Orchestrate complex microservices architectures using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and manage container images efficiently with Azure Container Registry (ACR). Monitoring & Observability: Establish and oversee comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to guarantee 99.99% system uptime. Technical Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess deep technical expertise in the following areas: Azure Cloud Ecosystem: Expert-level knowledge of core Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Networking, and Virtual Machines. Azure DevOps Services: Comprehensive hands-on experience with the full suite, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans. Containerization & Orchestration: Proven proficiency in Docker and managing enterprise-grade Kubernetes environments (specifically AKS). Automation & Scripting: Strong coding skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to drive automation initiatives. Version Control: Advanced Git proficiency, encompassing complex branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and modern GitOps practices.
Certifications Required AZ-400: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (Essential) AZ-104: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Prerequisite for AZ-400)
Preferred CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator Candidate Profile & Work Environment Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and document complex architectures.
Work Schedule Monday to Friday: Mandatory Work from Office (WFO). Saturday: Remote support availability required.
